Returns Policy
At RubberFlooring4U, we take pride in providing the highest quality rubber flooring products to our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and straightforward return policy to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns or Cancellations
To be eligible for a return or cancellation, your rubber flooring must be:
- You must contact us within 24 hrs of placing the order to verify the possibility of cancelling the order. All products are made to order and are considered custom.
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging and with all relevant tags, labels and instructions.
- Free from any damage or signs of wear.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return. If eligible, we will provide you with a return address.
Please repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all relevant tags, labels, and instructions. Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your return, minus any shipping costs, minus a 25% re-stocking, and then we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
Exceptions
- Custom products: For all custom products, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Truckload orders: No returns will be accepted for truckload orders.
- Orders over $50,000: No returns will be accepted for orders over $50,000.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and 25% restocking fees are non-refundable.
Refused Shipments
In the case of refused deliveries of you order it will be returned to us. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your rubber flooring for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your rubber flooring is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
