If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of delivery, we offer a simple and straightforward money back guarantee process to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

To be eligible for our money back guarantee, your rubber flooring must be:

• Products must be unused, in its original packaging and with all relevant tags, labels and instructions.
• Products that are made to order are considered custom and are not eligible for our mony back guarantee, please contact us to get approval of your product for a return.
• Products that have been glued, cut or used in any way are not covered by the money back guarantee and can not be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return. If eligible, we will provide you with a return address.

Please repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all relevant tags, labels, and instructions. Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your return, minus original shipping costs, and then we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Exceptions

• Custom products: For all custom products approved for a return, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Truckload orders: No returns will be accepted for truckload orders.
• Orders over $50,000: No returns will be accepted for orders over $50,000.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs, customers return shipping costs, and any custom order 25% restocking fees are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments

In the case of refused deliveries, your order it will be returned to us. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your rubber flooring for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your rubber flooring is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Rubberflooring4U is not responsible for damage due to transportation, improper handling, alteration, abuse or negligence.
